汪文斌介绍，中方对新冠病毒感染实施乙类乙管总体方案发布之后，自2023年1月8日起，恢复受理中外航司恢复国际客运航班的申请。2023年夏秋航季换季工作当中，中方根据航空公司的申请，按程序批复了朝鲜高丽航空平壤-北京-平壤等客运航线定期航班计划，具体航班由航空公司按照中方主管部门的批复指挥。
